Will the chatbot make up answers?
We set it up to answer only from the material you give us. When it hits a question outside that scope, it says it does not know and hands the conversation to you. We would rather the bot admit it does not know than promise a customer something you cannot deliver.

On your website, on Instagram and on WhatsApp. We normally start with the channel your customers already message you on, and add others only once it turns out to be needed.
Do I need a website for this?
Not for every version. A bot on Instagram or WhatsApp works without one. If you want the bot on your own website and do not have a site yet, we build it within 7 days and connect the bot after that.
