We start with one process, not everything at once. We pick the one that eats the most time and is simplest to describe step by step, because that one shows a result fastest. Only once it works do we move to the next.

This is not us making your staff redundant for you. It gives them back the hours currently going into the tasks nobody enjoys doing anyway.

Automation works where a process can be written down step by step. If something in your business looks different every time and rests on the judgement of an experienced person, it stays with that person, and that is the right outcome.

We also will not quote for automating a process that runs once a quarter and takes ten minutes. If it turns out after a call that there is nothing here worth saving, we will tell you rather than push an implementation.
