What the plan covers
Hosting and the whole technical side of keeping a site running: it stays online, loads fast, and receives security updates as they come. The plan also includes the SSL certificate (the padlock next to the address) and SEO care, which means keeping the site showing up properly on Google. Small content changes, such as a new price list, updated opening hours or a different photo, take one message to us.
In short: you run the business, we watch the website.
Don't have a website yet? We build those from scratch too. Most clients order exactly this pair, because then the same team that built the site is the one keeping it running.
What if something breaks?
You write to us and we deal with it. We are a small team, so there is no call centre and no ticket queue. You hear back from someone who actually built your site. We reply to messages within 48 hours, and outages go to the front of the line.

What exactly is in the monthly plan?
Hosting, the SSL certificate, SEO care, security updates, and small content changes on request. Bigger changes, such as a new page or a different layout, are quoted separately, always before we start the work.
Can I leave whenever I want?
Yes, there is no lock-in. You own your website, so if you decide to stop hosting with us, request it and we will provide the complete site to you. The domain and SSL certificate stay with us, since those are part of the hosting service you would be ending.
